You will collaborate virtually with clients and internal teams to identify performance gaps, develop tailored solutions, and drive impactful changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in performance improvement consulting, operational management, or related advisory roles.
• Proven track record in analyzing business performance and implementing improvement strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Expertise in performance metrics, KPIs, and relevant operational frameworks.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams remotely.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
