Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading operational improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance management techniques.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant operational improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
