Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join a fully remote team providing strategic leadership and transformation support to clients across diverse locations. The role emphasizes autonomous work, mentorship of junior staff, and high-impact engagements from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in management consulting or strategic leadership with strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication, plus a PhD or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or MBA equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or strategic leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, and performance improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex client engagements from initiation to completion.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations on business challenges and growth opportunities.
