Qualifications

• Three+ years cutting paid ads that ran on paid accounts.
• Experience with Meta and Google ad formats for direct response.
• Ability to evaluate metrics such as spend and CAC over the first week.

Responsibilities

• Cut paid ads for Meta and Google from scripts and angles provided by a strategist.
• Own the hook and deliver first five seconds of each ad with data-driven decisions.
• Iterate winners and build variants that teach us something, not copy previous work.
• Read analytics and bring reads to weekly creative reviews.
