Foxelli Group is seeking a Performance Ad Creator to transform product insights into compelling video ads for our D2C brands. You will own the concept and production, collaborating with the creative lead and media buyers to learn from results and decide what to create next.

You will write hooks and scripts in English, produce complete ads using footage and AI assets, and continuously improve outcomes through testing, iteration, and feedback. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience creating direct‑response video ads for ecommerce.
• Ability to turn customer insights into persuasive angles in English.
• Strong on‑brand copywriting and storytelling for ads.

Responsibilities

• Customer research and development of creative concepts.
• Copywriting and production of complete ads (hook, script, on‑screen text, voiceover, pacing).
• Testing and iterating openings and concepts based on results.
