115 Ventures LLC is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft high-performing paid-social ads for DTC and ecommerce brands. The role emphasizes hooks, pacing, storytelling, and performance—delivering fast turnarounds and data-driven iterations in a remote, high-output environment.

You will collaborate with our Creative Strategists, turn concepts into polished ads, and ensure every piece meets brand standards and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional video editing experience.
• Three years editing paid-social or direct-response for DTC/e-commerce.
• Portfolio showing high-performing Meta or paid-social ads.
• Experience in a high-volume creative environment.
• Experience collaborating with Creative Strategists and marketers.
• Iterating creative based on feedback and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Edit paid-social ads from raw footage through final delivery.
• Turn scripts and briefs into persuasive visual stories.
• Create hooks and scroll-stopping openings.
• Use pacing, captions, sound design and visual hierarchy to retain attention.
• Edit short-form ads, long-form, and VSLs.
• Produce variations for creative testing.
• Export deliverables for Meta and other platforms.
• Apply feedback and performance learnings to future work.
• Review work before submission.
• Organize source footage and project files.
• Contribute creative ideas for ad improvements.
• Deliver at least seven high-quality, performance-driven ads per week.
