Qualifications

• Experience with Teach and Case Management at the upper Elementary and Middle School levels.
• Familiar with IEP processes and collaboration with parents.

Responsibilities

• Prepares student IEPs with measurable goals in consultation with parents and IEP team.
• Conducts IEP meetings within timelines.
• Maintains IEPs, quarterly reports and progress monitoring for caseload.
