Job summary

goPro Consultancy Group ltd. is seeking a 10x PeopleSoft Developer for a full remote, long-term engagement. You will work on PeopleSoft v9.2 within the HR modules plus integration tasks for a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Master degree and at least 3 years of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools experience, including web services, Fluid Pages, and HTML/CSS. Fluent English and strong communication are essential for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred) HCM modules.
3+ years of analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleTools 8.5x technologies.
Experience in developing integration using web services is required.
Experience in HTML/CSS within PeopleSoft and cloud deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform feasibility and impact analysis, architecture design, and development of tools and enhancements using Oracle PeopleSoft v9.x.
Improve scalability, speed, and performance of existing models.
Create documentation required as part of implementation.
Design and build web services to integrate PeopleSoft with third party systems in real-time.
Design, monitor, and enhance data conversion program.
Prepare roll-out plan for development activities.
Develop integration mechanisms between HR and other systems.
Support migration plan and procedures.
Prepare POC and feasibility study for new requirements.
Peer review for new change requests.
