Qualifications

• Public sector or higher education experience preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft HCM Developer with deep experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.60–8.62. This role focuses on upgrades, customizations, and integration support for a REMOTE long-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades, including PUM image retrofitting
• Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces (CI), BI Publisher, and SQL solutions
• Customize Fluid UI pages and components to improve user experience
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to remediate customizations during upgrades
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-upgrade stabilization

Qualifications:

• Strong PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
• Hands‑on with PeopleTools 8.60–8.62
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (preferably 8.9 → 9.2)
• Experience with Fluid UI and modern frameworks is a plus
• Public sector or higher education experience preferred
