Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Developer for 100% remote work in the United States. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions customizations and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, strong PeopleTools skills, and a proven track record with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker. Excellent problem solving and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align solutions with enterprise standards and upgrades.
