Job summary

Global Communications Services is seeking a Peoplesoft Developer with deep experience in implementing, integrating, and developing HCM 9.2 applications. The role requires expertise in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, and related interfaces across the HCM stack.

Candidates should have strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with SQR, PUM, and Fluid 9.2. Federal HR knowledge such as NOA reason codes and PAR processing is a plus. The position is full-time in New Orleans, LA.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have technical and functional expertise in implementing, integrating, and developing HCM 9.2 applications.
• Expert in PeopleSoft HCM Delivered Interfaces.
• Knowledge of NFC’s EmpowHR application is a plus as well as federal HR expertise.
• Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and SQL-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Function as advisors to developers and will develop HCM 9.2 pages, components, queries, interfaces as required per the PWS task list.
• This includes technical expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Management System, SQL, SQR, and PeopleSoft Integration Tools.

System, Structure Query Language (SQL), Structured Query Reporter (SQR), and PeopleSoft Integration Tools. Query conversion/development requires expertise with PeopleSoft Query including Query Viewer, Query Manager, and Schedule Query.

Knowledge of 9.2 Fluid programming, ePerformance development, and PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) are absolute musts. Contractors must have knowledge and experience with PUM process development and management.

Functional knowledge of federal human resource processing requirements is preferred. Specifically, knowledge of Nature of Action (NOA) reason codes, Personnel Action Requests (PAR) processing, federal performance management, federal position management, and HCM 9.2 self-service functionality.
