Job summary

TriCom Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft Consultant to support and enhance PeopleSoft Financials by blending functional finance knowledge with hands-on technical development.

You will partner with Finance and IT teams to maintain system stability, improve processes, and deliver ongoing enhancements. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting PeopleSoft Financials with emphasis on General Ledger, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions, and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials in a techno-functional capacity.
• Hands-on development experience using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of core accounting and financial workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support PeopleSoft Financials focusing on General Ledger.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Build and maintain PeopleSoft objects including PeopleCode, Application Engine, component interfaces, SQR, and BI Publisher.
• Investigate and resolve production issues impacting financial operations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with system updates, patches, and functional enhancements.
