Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Developer to design, build, and support enterprise financial systems and integrations. The role focuses on REST services via Integration Broker, high-quality SQL for reconciliation and reporting, and ownership of unit testing and production support.

This contract-to-hire position requires willingness to convert to full-time; W2 compensation includes medical/dental/vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of development experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules: AP, GL, AR, and Purchasing.
• Strong SQL development and debugging skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft ERPs (HCM/FMS) and integration broker REST services.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code that requires modification.
• Develop and coordinate technical implementation plans.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation.
• Perform implementation activities.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures.
• Assist with routine work of the department as required.
