Jobgether is seeking a People & Talent Business Partner based in the United States to shape a high-performance culture across a globally distributed tech organization. You will partner with leadership, strengthen L&D and performance management, and drive end-to-end talent acquisition, with a focus on Germany and France.

You will navigate organisational change, advise on people management, and help leaders build capabilities while prioritizing data privacy and digital sovereignty.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in HR business partnering, people ops, or a comparable role.
• Strong practical knowledge of German employment law.
• Experience advising and supporting leaders through uncertainty, transformation.
• Proven ability to reinforce accountability, address underperformance, develop teams.
• Hands-on talent acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment.
• Professional working proficiency in German and strong English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders across Europe and global teams on people management and organisational matters.
• Strengthen performance management practices and drive accountability.
• Guide leaders through organisational change and employee transitions.
• Support difficult people decisions with clarity, resilience, and business focus.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, especially for engineering and product roles.
• Improve onboarding and employee experience to support a high-performing remote workforce.
• Contribute to workforce planning and development of leadership capability.
• Help leaders grow their teams and sustain high-performance culture.
