We are currently seeking a Sr. People Success Partner in United States.

In this role, you will lead employee relations and operational HR initiatives, primarily supporting R&D teams. You will be a strategic partner to managers and leaders, enhancing the employee experience through policy application, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a values-aligned culture. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Legal, HR, and People Business Partners, providing coaching, conducting investigations, and designing scalable people programs.

Accountabilities:
  1. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, managing investigations and partnering with Legal.
  2. Handle involuntary separations, performance management, and accommodations.
  3. Advise leaders and HR on performance, compliance, and workforce planning.
  4. Maintain and develop clear, accessible people policies and resources.
  5. Lead training sessions for managers on policies and best practices.
  6. Use data analytics to identify trends and inform people programs.
  7. Promote company values and act as a cultural steward.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years in employee relations or HR generalist roles, preferably in tech organizations.
  2. Experience conducting investigations and advising on sensitive employee issues.
  3. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
  4. Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  5. Effective communication skills and influence across levels.
