Rhymetec, a leading security and compliance MSP, is hiring a People & IT Coordinator to support the HR Manager and Executive Assistant with day-to-day operations in a fast-growing remote company.

The role covers IT onboarding/offboarding logistics, equipment management, HRIS/ATS data hygiene, and cross-department projects, freeing senior staff to focus on strategic work. Ideal for highly organized candidates thriving in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in HR operations, people operations, administrative support, or related coordination role.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits, comfortable asking questions.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and/or PEO platforms (Justworks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT onboarding/offboarding logistics and equipment management.
• Maintain accurate HRIS/ATS data and support HR projects.
• Assist with intern timecards and I-9 documentation collection.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, Executive Assistant, and CISO as needed.
