We are seeking a People Operations Associate to streamline onboarding, HRIS data management, and frontline employee support, enabling our People team to deliver frictionless, compliant processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, people operations, or operations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on HRIS experience managing data and lifecycle changes.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to blend white-glove and self-service support.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding workflows and lifecycle changes.
• Manage HRIS data and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide front-line employee support with clear, compliant processes.
• Use AI and tools to improve efficiency and data insights.
