WhiteTech is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own HR operational processes across our international org of ~140 employees. You will ensure smooth processes, data integrity, documentation, and HR infrastructure to complement our People Partners.

In this remote-first role, you’ll manage HRIS data, benefits, and reporting, and drive scalable improvements using AI and automation. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and collaboration across a multicultural team are essential.
