Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR/People Operations experience at tech companies.
• Experience recruiting technical talent (engineers, ML researchers).
• Knowledge of US employment law; international experience a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Data-driven approach to measuring people programs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across engineering, ML, and operations
• Design and improve onboarding to get new hires productive quickly in our remote-first environment
• Manage benefits administration and vendor relationships across multiple countries
• Build performance review and career development frameworks
• Foster remote-first culture through events, rituals, and communication
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
