Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join a remote US-wide team on a three-month contract with the potential to convert to full-time. You will own core employee lifecycle tasks, be the first point of contact for employees and managers, and partner with People Partners to keep data clean and compliant.

You’ll manage lifecycle transactions, HR data in HiBob and ADP, support benefits and mobility, assist with compensation cycles, and serve as the country expert across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with a case management tool (JIRA, HappyFox, ServiceNow).
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Administration: manage the employee lifecycle for the assigned business function, from offer through exit.
• Employee Data & Records: maintain data in HiBob and ADP; process hires, changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• HR Case Management: first contact for employee questions via email and HappyFox; escalate as needed.
• Mobility & Benefits Support: assist with mobility and benefits questions.
• PBP Partnership & ER Support: support People Business Partners and ER cases.
• Program administration: manage promotions and compensation analysis.
• Survey, QBR & Talent Support: handle engagement surveys and data for leadership reviews.
• Reporting, Analytics & Compliance: run reports, headcount reconciliations, audits, and compliance tasks.
