Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. in the United States is seeking a People Operations Coordinator for a three-month contract that can convert to a permanent role.

This fully remote position supports multiple business functions, delivering high-volume HR transactions and data care from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner with People Business Partners, manage employee data in HiBob/ADP-like systems, handle inquiries, and serve as the country expert across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and a case management tool (JIRA, HappyFox, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and clear written communication.
• Comfort supporting business leaders and managers, and working across time zones and cultures.
• Exposure to global employment practices and multi-country HR administration is preferred.
• Experience supporting a high-growth or sales-led organization is preferred.
• Experience with process documentation, reporting, or workflow automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Administration from offer through exit, including onboarding and offboarding and related surveys.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob and ADP, process hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and org updates.
• HR Case Management: handle inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Mobility, Benefits Support: assist with benefits questions and mobility cases.
• PBP, ER & Programs Support and PBP Partnership with weekly syncs and ER documentation.
• Program administration: manage promotions, support compensation cycles, and role approvals.
• Survey, QBR & Talent Support: manage engagement surveys and prep leadership data.
• Reporting, Analytics & Compliance Support: run standard reports and support audits and filings.
• Process Improvement: create SOPs and drive HRIS/workflow improvements.
• Country Expertise: act as expert for assigned country and ensure local compliance.
