Job summary

Benepass is hiring a People Experience Support Agent to be the first point of contact for employee requests across IT, expenses, and benefits. You will triage, troubleshoot, and guide employees through steps while ensuring privacy and accurate records.

The role reports to the Senior Director of People and collaborates with People Operations, Trust, Finance, and IT. It is fully remote with occasional on-site events in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer experience (CX), customer support, technical support, or internal IT support.
• Strong attention to detail, comfort with spreadsheets and data reconciliation, reliable follow-through.
• Experience with a ticketing or customer support platform and collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Clear, patient communication and good judgment when resolving requests, protecting confidential information.
• Curiosity about utilizing AI tools to improve workflows with responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Own the first-line IT helpdesk queue and serve as the first point of contact for employee requests across workplace technology and People processes.
• Process and audit employee expense submissions; administer HSA and LSA enrollments; coordinate manual benefits processes.
• Order and track laptops and accessories; manage software licensing and access provisioning; assist employees with technical issues.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding checklists and I‑9 verification; maintain org charts and training records; support related admin tasks.
• Use approved AI tools to streamline support and contribute to improvements in workflows.
