The position involves guiding managers, supporting time and attendance practices, and promoting wellbeing programs while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Formación

• 2+ years direct employee relations experience, handling complaints and investigations.
• Experience applying policy with confidentiality and bias-free judgment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee relations challenges, investigations, terminations and leaves across North America.
• Guide leaders on complex HR issues and conflict resolution.
• Lead workplace investigations, including harassment and safety concerns.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training processes for staff.
• Monitor compliance and employee wellbeing programs.
• Collaborate with compliance on policy adherence and training.
• Provide coaching and performance improvement guidance.
• Analyze data and report trends to leadership.
