Job summary

MCI USA is seeking a proactive People & Culture Business Partner to balance strategic partnership with hands‑on HR delivery. You will support talent management, performance reviews, and development initiatives for our USA talent, collaborating with Finance and Operations to drive growth and retention.

In this role, you will manage onboarding, data accuracy, compensation changes, and governance while championing AI‑enabled efficiencies across HR processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience with analytics and HRIS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• SHRM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Units as primary P&C partner across talent matters
• Own onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes
• Lead performance management processes using established tools
• Support recruitment with role scoping and descriptions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and governance in all HR activities
