Qualifications

• Interest in a career in People & Culture/HR, preferably a related degree.
• Ability to adapt to varying priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms (email, Slack).
• Creative thinking to prep the organization for evolving workforce needs.
• High attention to detail and well-organized work habits.
• Collaborative teammate who can work across departments.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Experience in a related HR environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction and Acquisition: assist with job posts and recruitment materials.
• Assist hiring process:Screen applicants, coordinate interviews.
• Onboarding support: ensure a streamlined experience for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: assist with surveys and engagement initiatives.
• Learning and Development: support annual performance processes.
• Maintain HR records, policy docs, and compliance materials.
• Respond to routine questions about People & Culture policies.
