Job summary

Paychex is seeking a sales professional to drive PEO product adoption and expand the client base within the PEO Sales organization. You will identify prospects, present Paychex solutions, and manage onboarding for new clients, with in-person and virtual engagement as needed.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and achieving quota while representing Paychex in a positive community presence. Travel may be required for conferences, training, and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HCM or PEO Sales.
• Valid Driver’s License – Required.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota attainment guidelines.
• Leverage the Go-To-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially broker channels, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base using calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Onboard PEO clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the PEO service and expediting resolution of client problems.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Travel outside geographic territory may be required for conferences and trainings.
