Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• North Carolina Peer Support Specialist Certification.

Responsibilities

• Educate members and guardians on navigating the criminal justice, behavioral, and social services systems.
• Provide transition linkages including school, employment, housing coordination, and community services.
• Coordinate care with the recipient's team to address barriers to reentry such as insurance, transportation, and housing.
• Meet with justice-involved members in correctional facilities and in the community to support care management.
