Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to teach recovery information and tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to pass de-escalation training per state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides peer support to engage individuals in a recovery partnership and helps identify participant goals.
• Teaches recovery and life skills using recovery tools.
• Models hope, personal responsibility, and self-advocacy to meet recovery goals.
• Assists in developing natural supports and community living.
• Cultivates connectedness in the person’s life (self, others, environment, meaning, purpose).
• Completes clinical documentation as required.
• Keeps abreast of federal/state regulations and Recovery Innovations policies.
• Understands and adheres to compliance standards (Code of Conduct, conflicts).
• Coordinates with the individual’s clinical team to arrange services or resources.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
