Qualifications

• Internal candidates must be willing to obtain Oregon Peer Support Specialist certification
• Experience in a crisis support or peer-based environment is a plus
• Ability to work remotely with HIPAA-compliant setup and reliable internet

Responsabilités

• Answer referred calls with mutuality and relationality using best practices of peer delivery
• Complete intakes into peer follow-up program and manage caseload
• Place outbound follow-up calls as assigned
• Provide referrals for long-term community peer support and verify resources
• Document calls in a timely manner with key information
• Consult with supervisor on high-acuity or complex calls
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks as needed
