Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse for remote care delivery in Massachusetts. You will manage patient care within a Pediatric Telecom team, following RN protocols and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include education, care coordination, and timely documentation in EMR, with weekend/holiday rotation and part-time schedule. BLS, MA RN license, and EMR proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS certification.
• EMR experience and ability to master EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families and educate on care transitions.
• Deliver patient care per RN protocols, including medications and chronic disease management.
• Conduct telephone triage and support the clinical team with care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and document in EMR during visits.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentor nursing staff.
