Job summary

Atrius Health, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Registered Nurse to support adult and pediatric care within the Adult Telecom team. Remote Massachusetts-based role with 8-hour weekly schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted nursing license in Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Computer proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
• EMR experience and ability to document care accurately.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families and educate on care transitions.
• Deliver patient care per RN protocols including meds administration and chronic disease management.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination with the clinical team.
• Perform clinical procedures and document promptly in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentor nursing staff.
