Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students in Missouri and across partner districts. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

We expect a minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Missouri peak hours. Compensation includes per-session rates for 60-, 45-, and 30-minute sessions, plus admin tasks; benefits include holidays, sick time, 401k,

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist licensed in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent).
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Experience treating pediatric mental health conditions with evidence-based approaches.
• Comfort delivering care virtually and using technology in practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 5–17) and their families.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform.
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.
