Job summary

Hazel Health seeks an independently licensed pediatric mental health therapist to provide high-quality teletherapy to students in partner districts. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and stakeholders to ensure accessible care and coordinated treatment plans.

Role requires Missouri licensure, clinical experience with children, and comfort delivering care virtually. Salary is per session with admin duties, and the position supports a nationwide telehealth model.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent) in Missouri.
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Experience delivering evidence-based modalities via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 5–17) and their families.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other modalities.
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform.
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.
