Job summary

Hazel Health seeks licensed therapists to deliver high-quality virtual mental health services to K–12 students in partner districts and plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

Minimum 7 client caseload within Missouri peak hours, with sessions centered on 60, 45, or 30 minutes. The role is fully remote with competitive pay per session and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist licensed in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent).
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Experience treating pediatric mental health conditions with evidence-based approaches.
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 5–17) and their families.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform.
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.

Our licensed providers deliver virtual therapy and medical services to more than four million students, at school or at home, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Helping students and families feel better takes a dedicated team. As a member of Hazel’s Mental Health team, you will help expand access to evidence‑based care in schools across Missouri.

The Role

We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families. In this role, you will provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our partner school districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

Schedule

Minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Missouri peak hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM (highest peak hours are Monday - Thursday 9AM-6PM)

What You’ll Do

Compensation

• $80 per session (60-minute)
• $60 per session (45-minute)
• $30 per session (30-minute)
• $20 per hour for non-clinical administrative tasks, including no-shows and late cancellations

Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided. This role may be performed from the following states:AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.
