Job summary

HDE Services LLC in Gastonia, NC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct pediatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy with group sessions as appropriate.

You will collaborate with families and the care team, document outcomes accurately, and maintain compliant records while delivering flexible, home-based services whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Minimum of one year of experience with kids.
• Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child's natural environment.
• Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
• Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child's communication, language, feeding, and social development needs.
• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child's care team.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
