Job summary

The Child Inspired in Huntersville, NC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy in our office as well as in homes, preschools, and daycares. You’ll coach caregivers, collaborate with other professionals, and maintain documentation according to company standards while sharing ideas to improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NC licensure or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
• Pediatric experience with speech and language disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and write plans of care reports.
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, and communication skills in office and community settings.
• Coach and educate caregivers; follow up on results and recommendations.
• Communicate with parents about scheduling, goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in each child’s care.
• Maintain documentation according to company standards.
• Share ideas for social media and blog; provide feedback to improve operations.
