Job summary

HDE Services LLC seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children in the Shelby area. The role emphasizes family-centered care and collaboration with the child’s care team to support communication and social development.

The clinician will develop individualized plans, document outcomes, and coordinate scheduling with the All About Therapy team. North Carolina SLP license and pediatric experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.
  • Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
  • Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
  • Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s communication, language, feeding, and social development needs.
  • Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
  • Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
  • Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
