Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently live in the Charlotte area or are planning to relocate in the next 3 months.
• Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric speech therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in care coordination and team collaboration.
• Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care.
