Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is a 100% remote, W2 employer offering full-time, part-time and PRN roles. You must hold a California state license and reside in Pacific Standard Time to coordinate schedules across time zones.

We are an SLP-founded company expanding access to family-led online speech therapy, with 3,500+ five-star reviews. You will provide remote pediatric speech therapy sessions and evaluations, develop care plans, document accurately, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and licensure required.
• Reliable internet connection and teletherapy platform proficiency.
• 1+ year post-CF pediatric experience recommended.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
• Must be located in Pacific Standard Time or able to align schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
• Document all activities accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure continuity of care.
