Job summary

Expressable (Expressble) is a clinician-led company offering online pediatric speech therapy. This remote, W2 hourly role provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from home with a focus on caregiver involvement and accessible care.

You will deliver remote therapy sessions, develop care plans, and ensure timely documentation while leveraging AI-assisted tools and dedicated support to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP with ASHA certificate required.
• NPI number required.
• Licensed in a key state or willing to obtain license before start date.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
