Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is hiring remote speech-language pathologists to deliver pediatric teletherapy sessions. You will diagnose, plan care, and use our clinical tools to drive caregiver engagement and outcomes.

This is a 100% remote, non-exempt W2 hourly position with flexible scheduling. A WI state license or willingness to obtain it is required. Schedule adapts to client needs after 3:30pm weekdays and some weekends.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) and valid NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state or willing to obtain before start date.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF pediatric experience.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
