Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is seeking remote speech-language pathologists to serve pediatric clients via teletherapy.

This 100% remote, W2 hourly role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation ($40-$58/hour), with opportunities to work part-time or PRN as needed. Applicants must hold CCC-SLP and an active NPI, be licensed in a key state or willing to obtain MA licensure, and have reliable internet and teletherapy proficiency.

Qualifications

CCC-SLP credential and ASHA certification.
Licensed in a key state or willing to obtain MA license.
Reliable internet connection and teletherapy proficiency.
Minimum 1 year pediatric post-CF experience.
Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in required training and team communication.
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
