Job summary

Expressable is a 100% remote, W2 employment opportunity for licensed SLPs to provide pediatric speech-language pathology services online. The role emphasizes caregiver engagement, flexible scheduling, and a strong emphasis on documentation efficiency with AI-assisted tools.

Applicants should hold CCC-SLP, be licensed in a key state or willing to obtain, and have at least 1 year post-CF experience in pediatrics. A reliable internet connection and teletherapy experience are required.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP (ASHA) certification is required.
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain) prior to start date.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 1 year post-CF experience in pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement; complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
