Qualifications

• CCC‑SLP certification (ASHA) and active NPI number.
• California licensure or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and reliable internet.
• Minimum 1 year of post‑CF pediatric experience.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes‑focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
