Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote pediatric therapy. This 100% remote, W2 role offers flexible scheduling and a direct hourly rate of $40–$54, with opportunities for part-time PRN based on client need.

As part of a mission-driven team, you’ll deliver sessions, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and coordinate with our care teams. A state license (TN or willing to obtain) and pediatric post-CF experience are required.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
