Job summary

Expressable is a 100% remote, W2 hourly position offering a compensation range of $40-$54 per hour and flexible scheduling. A state license in TN or willingness to obtain it is required prior to start.

Depending on availability, part-time hourly or flexible PRN roles may be available, with sessions typically after 3:30pm on weekdays and mornings/afternoons on weekends. We are an SLP-founded company expanding access to family-led online speech therapy, certified by The Joint Commission and backed

Qualifications

CCC-SLP with ASHA certification and an active NPI number.
Licensed in a key state or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in required training and team communication.
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
