Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a part‑time Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and young adults, connecting patients to ongoing care from the start.

Licensure in PA, VA, NJ, or MD is required. We offer a predictable base salary with the opportunity to earn more by taking on additional intake evaluations, plus full benefits for part‑time

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP‑BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric intake evaluations for ages 2–26.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and connect patients to ongoing care.
• Educate families during intake and document thoroughly in the EMR.
