Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a part-time Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver comprehensive psychiatric intake evaluations and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and young adults, connecting patients to ongoing care from the very start of their journey.

This role offers a 20‑hour week with a guaranteed base salary of 72,500 USD, plus 100 USD per clinical hour for additional evaluations, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing and PMHNP‑BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience with licensure.
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD with DEA license and prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations for ages 2–26.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with therapists.
• Educate families during intake process and coordinate ongoing care.
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant intake documentation.
