Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a part‑time Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team. You will perform psychiatric intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults, connecting patients to ongoing care from the start.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP‑BC certification.
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Intake Evaluations for 2–26 age range.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with therapists.
• Educate families during intake and coordinate next steps.
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation.
