Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver remote teletherapy services nationwide, focusing on pediatric patients and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. You will assess, plan, and provide OT interventions via our platform, documenting progress and ensuring HIPAA-compliant care.

Requirements include a Master's in OT, CA State OT license or eligibility, experience in clinic or school settings, and comfort with teletherapy tools. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or during clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth, including exercises and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations and ethical standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote therapy sessions.
• Stay current with developments in occupational therapy through continuing education.
